Objectives

After consecutive successful meetings in Famagosta, Cyprus (April, 1999), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (October, 2001), Banff, Canada (May, 2003), Paris, France (May, 2005), the organizing committee has decided to hold the 2007 meeting in Canmore, Alberta, Canada, June 18-22, 2007.

Computational techniques and methods are an evolutionary field from a macroscopic level to a nano level, using continuum and discrete mechanics. It is necessary for scientists and engineers to come together every two years in a relaxed environment to discuss new ideas and developments in the area of computational methods and applications. Also, it is a good opportunity for new scientists and engineers to explore the art of computational methods.
