If you're looking for answers, the engineering Undergraduate Studies Office is here to help. The Undergraduate Studies Office can give you general advice as well as specific information and assistance for: admission and registration; course and timetable changes, including conflicts; deferred final examinations; academic appeals; program selection and change of program; and student records.

Advisors are available to assist you on a drop-in basis; during peak periods, however, you may encounter a bit of a wait. Other sources of assistance are also available, and if you don’t know where to go, ask someone in the Undergraduate Studies Office.

Office staff will use current email lists to contact students regarding important information. Please make sure your contact information is up to date in your student centre and subscribe to applicable email lists. If you have questions about any of the information you receive about your program, please contact the Undergraduate Studies Office for clarification.
